About ph878 — Your Trusted Philippine Online Gaming Partner Since 2020

Our Story

Who We Are — Building Trust Through Excellence

ph878 launched in 2020 with a clear mission: to create the Philippines' most trustworthy and player-focused online gaming platform. We saw a market filled with international operators who didn't understand Filipino culture, payment preferences, or customer service expectations. So we built something different — a platform designed from the ground up for Filipino players, operated by a team that understands what matters to our community.

Our journey began with a small team of gaming industry veterans, compliance experts, and technology professionals who shared a common vision. We secured full licensing from PAGCOR, integrated with every major Filipino payment provider including GCash, Maya, and leading banks, hired customer support staff fluent in Tagalog and English, and partnered with the world's best game providers to deliver thousands of slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets.

Today, ph878 serves tens of thousands of Filipino players from Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao. We've processed millions in GCash deposits, paid out countless jackpots, and built a reputation for fast withdrawals, responsive support, and fair gaming. Whether you're in Makati placing bets on the PBA, in Cebu spinning slots during your break, or in Davao watching live baccarat tables before bed, ph878 is there with you — reliable, secure, and always player-first.

Regulation & Security

ph878 Licensing — Fully Compliant With PAGCOR Standards

ph878 operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government agency responsible for regulating all legal gaming operations in the Philippines. This licensing requires us to meet strict standards for financial security, game fairness, player protection, and responsible gaming practices. PAGCOR conducts regular audits of our platform, financial records, and game integrity to ensure ongoing compliance.

Our games are provided by internationally certified software developers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified by organizations like eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). This means every spin, every card dealt, and every dice roll at ph878 is provably fair and random — exactly what PAGCOR regulations require and what Filipino players deserve.

Player data and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same security technology used by Philippine banks. We maintain segregated player accounts, meaning your deposits are held separately from operational funds and are always available for withdrawal. Our payment processing partners — GCash, Maya, and major banks — conduct their own security audits of our integration to ensure your money moves safely.

ph878 also enforces strict age verification, requiring all players to confirm they are 21 years or older as mandated by Philippine law. We maintain detailed records of player registrations, transactions, and gaming activity to support anti-money laundering efforts and comply with PAGCOR reporting requirements. When you play at ph878, you're playing on a platform that takes regulation seriously and puts player protection first.
